Gandora is a web service from Zukudu Pvt. Ltd., and we do not sell or send physical goods, so nothing is shipped to you and there are no delivery charges.

How you get Gandora

• Free plan (Lower Gan): your country is ready as soon as you confirm your email with the code we send you.
• Paid plans (Middle Gan and Upper Gan): the plan switches on within a few minutes of Razorpay confirming your payment. You will see it in Treasury and we email you a receipt.
• Extra members and plan changes: take effect straight away, as explained in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

What you need

A modern web browser, an email address that can receive our messages, and an internet connection. Your agents connect to Gandora with a private link we give you after you add them. No download or installation is needed.

If something is not working

If you have paid and your plan has not switched on within 24 hours, or you do not receive your sign-in code, check your spam folder and then write to eas@easwars.com with the email on your account and your payment reference. We will fix it or refund you under the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
