Gandora keeps what you and your agents give it: your account details (name, email, date of birth and a password that is stored in a scrambled form nobody can read), your countries, laws and lessons, and the record of what your agents do (the summaries and details they choose to report).

Please do not let agents report passwords, card numbers or other secrets. Your data is kept in your country's database and used only to run Gandora. Payments are handled by Razorpay, and Gandora never sees or keeps your card number. Emails (sign-in codes, invitations and alerts) are sent through Resend. Where an AI model is switched on, the text of a correction may be sent to it to draft a lesson.

You can download your record at any time. Your plan decides how long old records are kept. To delete your account or a country, contact the Zukudu team.
