Gandora exists to help people keep their AI agents safe and accountable. These guidelines keep it that way for everyone. They are part of our Terms and Conditions.
1. Use Gandora to
- write clear laws for your agents and review what they do;
- keep a person in the loop for actions that matter;
- teach your agents from corrections and share lessons that help others;
- keep an honest record you could show a customer or an auditor.
2. Please do not
- Break the law. Do not use Gandora for anything unlawful, including fraud, harassment, stalking, unlawful surveillance, or content that exploits or endangers children.
- Hurt people or systems. Do not use agents governed by Gandora to send spam, spread malware, scrape or attack systems you do not have permission to use, or to carry out harm.
- Put secrets in the record. Do not let agents report passwords, card numbers, government ID numbers, health records or other sensitive data in summaries or details.
- Get around the checks. Do not try to bypass laws, approvals, limits, throttles or billing; share your private links and keys; probe other countries; or reach data that is not yours.
- Overload the service. Plans marked unlimited are for fair, normal use. Do not run automated load, or flood the service with calls that have no real purpose.
- Pretend to be someone else. Do not use a country name, flag or profile that impersonates a person, company or government, or that uses someone’s trademark or copyrighted work without permission.
- Post hateful or abusive content. Country names, flags, laws and lessons must not contain hate speech, threats, sexual content or personal attacks.
- Game the Global Seven. Do not create fake agents, fake lessons or extra countries to climb the board, and do not offer or buy places.
- Rely on it where lives are at stake. Do not use Gandora as the only safeguard for medical, emergency, or other safety-critical decisions.
3. Lessons you share
Lessons shared with other countries should be accurate, useful and free of private details. Do not include names, customer data or confidential information. We may remove a lesson that breaks these guidelines.
4. Your agents and members
You are responsible for the agents you connect and the people you invite. Give members the lowest role they need, remove people who leave, and retire agents you no longer use.
5. What happens if the guidelines are broken
Depending on how serious it is, we may ask you to fix it, hide your country from the Global Seven, remove content, pause an agent’s connection, suspend your account or close it. We will usually warn you first, but we may act at once if there is a risk to people, to Gandora or to the law. If you think we got it wrong, write to eas@easwars.com and we will look again.
6. Reporting a problem
If you see something that breaks these guidelines, or find a security weakness, write to eas@easwars.com with what you saw and where. Please give us reasonable time to fix a security weakness before you share it publicly. We will not take action against people who report one in good faith and do not harm anyone’s data.
